Who Am I? And Why Do I Teach This Program

Seven years ago, I was working as a fashion designer in London — successful on the outside, but constantly overloaded and running on empty.

I spent many years in traditional talk therapy, which gave me insight — but I still struggled to feel truly steady and balanced day to day.

Eventually, I stepped away from my career, moved to Bali for 7 years and spent time studying and practicing yoga and meditation deeply.

Through consistent daily practice — and later professional meditation teacher training — I discovered practical regulation techniques that helped me build calm, stability, and focus in a reliable way. This has been one of the most life changing things I have done for myself and it has become my mission to share the incredible benefits of practicing meditation and yoga. 

I’ve now practiced yoga and meditation for over 13 years, and these daily methods have been the most effective tools for maintaining mental clarity and balance in demanding periods.
